Purchases and registrations

  • Books: If books are offered for purchase, you agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. Estimated delivery is 15 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Event registrations or tickets: If offered, you are responsible for providing accurate attendee information and complying with any event rules.
  • Pricing: Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Taxes or fees may apply depending on the product and jurisdiction.

Prohibited use

Refund and Return Policy

Contributions, books, and event registrations

Contributions

Contributions support the project's public-interest editorial work and the printing, shipping, and placement of books. For that reason, contributions are generally non-refundable.

  • We will correct and refund duplicate charges or processing errors if you contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
  • If you believe there was unauthorized use of your payment method, contact your card issuer and notify us.
  • We do not issue charitable donation receipts unless explicitly stated (for example if a registered charity partner is involved).

Books (purchases)

If books are offered for purchase, estimated delivery is 15 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will replace or refund as appropriate.
  • Returns: If eligible, request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping may apply.
  • Shipping delays: Carrier delays can happen. If an order appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Event registrations or tickets

  • Event registrations or tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
  • If the event is cancelled, you will receive instructions for a refund or credit (as applicable).
  • If the event is rescheduled, your ticket may be valid for the new date, or you may request options as communicated in the reschedule notice.

To request a correction, replacement, or refund review, email contact@latinoswhoinspire.org with your receipt or order details. We typically respond within 3 business days.
